About Kenya Bible Training Center

The Kenya Bible Training Center (KBTC) was founded and established in Africa for the purpose of meeting the growing need to teach and train those with a call of God upon their lives. KBTC is unique in the fact that we place strong emphasis upon the Word of God and the Spirit. Our objective is to train and equip those with a call upon their lives with the tools and understanding needed to be effective in the ministry. God is raising up strong spirit-led ministers that can make a difference in the lives of people in their communities and around the world. At the end of this year, KBTC will have graduated one hundred and twenty four pastors and church leaders with most of them ministering at different parts of Africa—Glory be to God!

He is Calling You.. Can You hear Him?

When Adam was hiding from the presence of God in the garden, the sound of that beautiful, familiar voice they were used to rang out again. ` ADAM WHERE ART THOU?’ Genesis 3:8-9

That call has remained alive and rings through out history. God is still seeking and calling His people! God’s desire and dream has always been to fellowship with us on the same level of life as it was originally with Him and Adam. Man was in that position until he turned away from God and obeyed a rebel spirit. At that point, man’s pure fellowship with God was destroyed BUT thank God, for His amazing plan to restore mankind to a fellowship. The redemption Jesus brought restored man to a position of intimate communion with God. Many people to date do not recognize just how far reaching and complete the power of the death burial and resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ was. The price for sin and separation from God was paid. The door for fellowship has been thrown wide open. The invitation is for all. Through simple faith in the sacrifice of Jesus, man was put back into the kind of relationship with God that Adam had in the garden. 1 Corinthians 1:9 says; “God is faithful by whom ye were called unto fellowship of his son Jesus Christ our Lord.” In the Amplified Bible that same scripture says God is faithful-reliable, trustworthy and ever true to His promise. We can trust Him. You have been called by God Himself into the same fellowship that the Father has with Jesus. Let me put it this way, you and I have been called into companionship which means, we can go where He goes and we can do what He is doing. When you see and understand this, you will see as God sees. He will lift you into intimate fellowship with Him. This will also change the way you see people around you. You will become a great blessing in their lives because you will see them as God sees them. You will see them not from what they are but the potential that God has put in them to become when He is finished with them. Understanding the plan of redemption will enhance the fellowship you have daily with your Heavenly Father. We ought to desire to know and fellowship with him more. Companionship with God sharpens our sensitivity to Him and other people. In my own personal life, I am discovering the secret of spending with God alone till I have the direction or an answer to what I desire based on His Word. G.C Bevington was an Itinerant preacher who believed in spending time alone with God until he received specific direction. One time in his script, it is recorded how he spent nine days under an oak tree in prayer. Of that instance he said, `You may ask, `why did it take nine days to get an answer?’ he answered `Simply because I could not get still enough any sooner’. Sometimes we wonder why some people have such experiences with God, well much can be traced back to the time of prayer and communion with God. The important secret of knowing God is dependent on time spent alone with Him, absorbing His power and being changed by His presence. Our life is inconsistent because of two main things: One, we don’t spend enough time with Him in fellowship to understand Him and Two, we pray hastily.

PRACTICE SPENDING HUMBLE TIME IN HIS PRESENCE SOMETIMES QUET BEFORE HIM, OTHER TIMES IN PRAYER OR WORSHIP AND YOU WILL EXPERIENCE HIS GLORY!
